Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Tracking numbers are automatically sent once labels are created! Please allow up to 24hr for tracking information to be available.
ALL PURCHASES ARE HAND PACKED WITH LOVE BY THE OWNER(S) OF iLASHFLARE.
All sales are final due to the nature of the products sold by ilasflare. All product descriptions are clear to enable misconstruing of items! If for any reason you receive a damaged item, an exchange may be granted based on the terms provided below.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE:
- ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE MUST BE UNWORN AND STILL ATTACHED TO THE TRAY.
- THE ITEM SHOULD BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND NOT TAMPERED WITH!
- EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE IF AN ITEM WAS SHIPPED DAMAGED BY iLASHFLARE.
WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE AN ITEM BECAUSE A CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT STYLE AFTER THEY RECEIVE IT.
WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE OR ACCEPT RETURNS IF AN ITEM WAS DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER SERVICE DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS!
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES OF ALL EXCHANGES, AND A TRACKING # IS REQUIRED.
ILASHFLARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. IN SUCH INSTANCES PLEASE CONTACT THE NECESSARY CARRIER SERVICED USED FOR SHIPPING.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. When will my order ship?
All orders require 1-3 business days to process.
Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days after processing.
For faster shipping , please select your preferred shipping option at check out.
For 1 to 2 day shipping, orders must be recieved before 12 noon to be shipped same day.
2. What shipping method do you use?
All available shipping methods are provided at check out.
3. Will I recieve tracking information?
Once orders are processed, a tracking number will automatically be emailed/texted. Please allow up to 24hrs before the tracking information is updated.
4. My order was marked as delivered but I did not receive it.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages. While we will gladly assist you in locating your package, ilashflare Beauty is no longer responsible for packages once we have provided the tracking number and you can see that your order has been shipped. If your package started to travel but then goes missing, PLEASE CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE CARRIER SERVICE!
5. My items were delivered damages.
All products are inspected for quality assurance before packaged and shipped. Therefore, we are not responsible for damaged cause by the carrier during to delivery process.
IN SOME INSTANCES DAMAGED ITEM MAY BE REPLACED!
